See commissions and request a payout

The Guild does not guarantee any income. This page shows the commissions recorded for deals you closed, and where each one stands.

Check your commissions

   Open payouts

   Clients & Registry → Payouts & Earnings.

   Read the totals

   PAID OUT has been paid. APPROVED is approved and not yet paid. PENDING is waiting for approval.

   Check each deal

   HISTORY lists every commission with its Deal, Your cut and status: pending, approved or paid.

Request a payout

   Ask for payment

   Tap Request payout. The button shows your approved total. It appears only when APPROVED is above $0.

   Send the email

   Your mail app opens a message to support@sloelabs.com with the subject "Guild payout request". It holds your name and the approved amount, nothing else. Send it.

   ✓ Once the commission is paid, its status changes to paid and the amount moves to PAID OUT.

Good to know

• A commission is recorded when you close a deal: Pipeline → tap the card → Closed → type the deal value → Confirm close. It starts as pending.
• The Guild team approves each commission before it can be paid.
• No mail app on this device? Write to support@sloelabs.com with your name and the approved amount.
• You cannot close your account while a commission is approved but not yet paid.

If something's off

• No Request payout button — nothing is approved yet. PENDING commissions need approval first.
• No commissions on a new device — they load a moment after the page opens, and the page updates on its own.
• A question about an amount — email support@sloelabs.com.
